Celebrity Chef and Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong is renowned for developing the festive drinks menu for Haagen-Dazs outlets worldwide and spearheading the Singapore Airlines X Maison Ikkoku collaboration held in Changi Airport Terminal 2 & Terminal 3 Premier Lounge for Business Class and First Class Passengers.

Maison Ikkoku is a chic restaurant and bar that combines art, culture, and lifestyle to deliver a unique experience.
